The Five Specialty Areas of ICCM

Church Leadership (Red)

The Church Leadership specialty equips students to lead with love, conviction, vision, and spiritual depth. Grounded in biblical truth and empowered by the Holy Spirit, this area of study focuses on bliblically sound preaching, discipleship, and godly leadership within the local and global Church. Students are trained to inspire, guide, and mobilize the Body of Christ with courage and clarity in an ever-changing world. This track prepares disciples for the roles of Evangelist and Womens Ministry Leader, for mission teams and church plantings and overall church building and leadership.

Shepherding (Blue)

The Shepherding specialty emphasizes in-depth spiritual care for God’s flock, counseling, and relational ministry modeled after the “mindset” of Christ, the Chief Shepherd. Students learn to walk alongside others with compassion, wisdom, and spiritual sensitivity. This area of study prepares ministers to nurture faith, provide guidance in times of need, and foster healing, recovery, and restoration within the Church.

Administration & Law (White)

The Administration & Law specialty prepares students to steward ministry operations with integrity, accountability, and excellence. This area of study covers governance, ethics, legal considerations, and organizational systems essential for sustainable ministry. Students are equipped to protect the mission of the Church while ensuring compliance, transparency, and sound leadership practices.

Charity Services (MERCYworldwide) (Green)

The Charity Services specialty, in partnership with MERCYworldwide, focuses on practical ministry through compassion-driven action. Students are trained to serve vulnerable populations, engage in humanitarian outreach, and develop sustainable charitable initiatives. This area of study embodies Christ’s call to love in action by addressing physical, emotional, and spiritual needs locally and globally.

Global Internet Ministry (Purple)

The Global Internet Ministry specialty equips students to proclaim the Gospel on the “Invisible Continent” using media platforms and emerging technologies. This area of study explores online evangelism, digital discipleship, media communication, and global outreach/market strategies. Students are prepared to extend the reach of ministry beyond physical borders, engaging a connected world with creativity, discernment, and spiritual impact.
