Chancellor of the ICCM-Global System
Dr. Tim Kernan
Dr. Timothy C. Kernan is one of the founding members of the International College of Christian Ministries and is responsible for all operations as well as defining and implementing strategy, structure and process. Dr. Kernan attended Concordia University in Montreal, Canada, majoring in Political Science. He later received his bachelor’s, masters and doctorate in Ministry from ICCM.
Vice Chancellor of Women
Dr. Lianne Kernan
Dr. Lianne Shannon Kernan is now responsible for serving as the chancellor of women. She is passionate about caring for the students individually and on a broader systematic scale. Dr. Kernan graduated from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada, receiving her Bachelor of Arts. She graduated from the International College of Christian Ministry with a bachelor’s in Ministry, a master’s, and later her doctorate in ministry.
Dean of the ICCM Doctoral Degree Program
Dr. Raul Moreno
Dr. Raul Moreno serves in developing, coordinating, maintaining, and growing graduate programs. Dr. Moreno attended Florida International University where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education in 1998. Dr. Raul Moreno continued his scholarly pursuit by then achieving a Bachelor of Ministry, Master of Ministry, and Doctor of Ministry at the ICCM.

DR. JOHN CAUSEY, II
John Causey II serves in developing, coordinating, and maintaining and growing graduate programs. Dr. Causey’s zeal for academic excellence is displayed through his strategic planning of enrollment, applications, and implementing program development.
