Chancellor of the ICCM-Global System
Dr. Tim Kernan
Dr. Timothy C. Kernan is one of the founding members of the International College of Christian Ministries and now is responsible now responsible for all operations as well as defining and implementing strategy, structure and process. Dr. Kernan attended Concordia University in Montreal, Canada, majoring in Political Science. He later received his bachelor’s, masters and doctorate in Ministry from ICCM.
Vice Chancellor of Women
Dr. Lianne Kernan
Dr. Lianne Shannon Kernan is now responsible for serving as the chancellor of women. She is passionate about caring for the students individually and on a broader systematic scale. Dr. Kernan graduated from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada, receiving her Bachelor of Arts. She graduated from the International College of Christian Ministry with a bachelor’s in Ministry, a master’s, and later her doctorate in ministry.
Dean of the ICCM Doctoral Degree Program
Dr. Raul Moreno
Dr. Raul Moreno serves in developing, coordinating, maintaining, and growing graduate programs. Dr. Moreno attended Florida International University where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education in 1998. Dr. Raul Moreno continued his scholarly pursuit by then achieving a Bachelor of Ministry, Master of Ministry, and Doctor of Ministry at the ICCM.

DR. JOHN CAUSEY, II
John Causey II serves in developing, coordinating, and maintaining and growing graduate programs. Dr. Causey’s zeal for academic excellence is displayed through his strategic planning of enrollment, applications, and implementing program development.

Dr. Helen Sullivan serves as a Board Member and is tasked with decision making pertaining to the ICCM. r. Sullivan is responsible for directing the Board of Regents in their decision-making processes regarding operations as well as defining and implementing operations strategy, and structure.

Dr. Kip McKean
Dr. McKean is one of the founding members of the historic International College of Christian Ministries. He is known for his passion and commitment to expanding ministry programs that challenge, motivate and stimulate students to learn, grow and achieve success.
Dr. Thomas McKean has personally demonstrated his love for education through his scholarly endeavors. Dr. McKean received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida in Gainesville in 1976. He later received a Master’s of Ministry and a Doctorate of Ministry from the International College of Christian Ministry.
Vice Chancellor of Women Emeritus
Dr. Elena McKean
Dr. Elena Garcia McKean is one of the founding members of the International College of Christian Ministries. Dr. McKean has a zeal for creating vision for women to serve in the full time ministry with their unique gifts. She strives to uphold a culture for excellence in Bible study and academics, through imitating the ministry of Jesus who was uniquely a rabbi (a teacher) for women as well as men. Elena has fostered an environment of respect and teamwork between men and women, like Jesus’ ministry.
Elena was born in Havana, Cuba and escaped with her family to Florida for religious freedom. She graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Occupational Therapy. Later she went on to receive her bachelors, masters and doctoral degree in ministry from ICCM-LA. Elena’s doctoral dissertation became a published book entitled, Elevate: Jesus’ Global Revolution for Women.
