The Four Tracks
Click HereCALLED TO MAKE AN INTERNATIONAL IMPACT.
“We have different gifts according to the grace given us. If a man’s gift is prophesying, let him use it in proportion to his faith. If it is serving, let him serve; if it is teaching, let him teach; if it is encouraging, let him encourage; if it is contributing to the needs of others, let him give generously; if it is leadership, let him govern diligently; if it is showing mercy, let him do it cheerfully.” – Romans 12:6-8
1) Ministry
The Ministry Track of the ICCM is focused on preparing men and women to use their gift of “leadership” as a complement to their personal discipling through an Evangelist or Women’s Ministry Leader. This will culminate into their writing of a Master’s Thesis.
3) Charity
The Charity Track of the ICCM is focused on preparing men and women to use their gifts of “showing mercy” and “contributing to the needs of others” as a complement to their training with MERCY worldwide Coordinators. This will culminate in their writing of a Master’s Thesis.
2) Administration
The Administration Track of the ICCM is focused on preparing men and women to use their “gifts of administration” (1 Corinthians 12:28) as a complement to their training with the Church Administrators. This will culminate in their writing of a Master’s Thesis.
4) Shepherding
The Shepherding Track of the ICCM is focused on preparing men and women to provide pastoral support to the ministry staff as a complement to their training with an Evangelist or Women’s Ministry Leader. This will culminate in their writing of a Master’s Thesis.
